  • Purpose: To fulfill contracts for workshop tickets and agency services; to process payments; to communicate regarding bookings/projects; and to screen for fraud.

  • Collection: Collected directly from you during checkout or onboarding.

  • Data: Name, billing address, payment information (credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.

Creative & Project Data (Agency Services)

  • Purpose: To deliver custom digital infrastructure, portfolios, and branding services.

  • Collection: Provided by you via email, video calls, or shared folders (e.g., Google Drive).

  • Data: Personal portfolios, sketches, brand assets, and professional history.

Workshop Media (Sunday Atelier)

  • Purpose: To provide you with professional photography of your work via our Digital Portal and for our social media documentation.

  • Collection: Captured physically at our atelier in Lichtenberg.

  • Shopify: Our primary e-commerce processor. Shopify Privacy.

  • AI Tools & Infrastructure: We leverage AI-powered tools and agentic coding to process project data and automate backend workflows. Your data is only processed through secure, industry-standard APIs for the purpose of delivering your specific project.

  • Legal Compliance: We may share information to comply with applicable laws or respond to lawful requests for information.

3. Behavioural Advertising

We use your Personal Information to provide targeted communications or advertisements we believe may be of interest to you.
