MEET THE TEAM
MARIE-LOUISE MÜLLER
Marie-Louise believes in using time as a material.
As a slow fashion designer, she often dedicates hundreds of hours to a single project, innovating through technical challenges to find her solution.
She is incredibly approachable and loves to share her process, even teaching you the exact moment it is time to frog and start over.
Her work has been recognized by the likes of Grazia, L’Officiel and Vogue DE, who cited her as the embodiment of slow fashion values.
MEET THE TEAM
MARKUS ÉINER
Markus handles the fast side of Maison Malou so the craft can stay slow.
Working alongside Marie-Louise since the beginning, he handles the strategic and digital backend of the house. His role is a blend of high-level operations and the daily grit of the atelier—always ready to share knowledge picked up from sustainability courses with the Swedish School of Textiles or battle-tested small business insights.
MEET THE TEAM
Surprise CO-Host
Maison Malou is a home for shared expertise.
We frequently open our doors to guest co-hosts from our personal network—industry veterans who bring a lifetime of mastery to the Sunday table.
You can expect mentors with thirty years of experience in the craft, including tailoring specialists who have refined their skills in the legendary ateliers of Paris. By hosting rotating experts, we ensure that every workshop offers a unique level of professional insight and technical mastery.
MEET THE TEAM
YUJIN
Yujin is our allergy-friendly
Head of Encouragement.
He is an Bolonka/Yorkshire Terrier mix, and entirely unfazed by the creative chaos of the atelier—often found wandering around with yarn scraps on his head without a worry. He takes his role seriously; if he feels you’ve been working too long, he’ll tap your leg to remind you it’s finally your turn for a cuddle break.
