By visiting our site and/or purchasing a workshop ticket or agency service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - SPECIAL TERMS FOR SERVICES

5.1 Sunday Atelier Workshops (Physical Events)

  • Booking & Capacity: Workshops are limited to 10 participants. Your spot is only confirmed upon full payment.

  • Cancellations by You: Because of the limited capacity and preparation involved, workshop tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop (e.g., illness or emergency), you will receive a 100% refund or the option to rebook for a future date.

  • Liability: By attending a workshop at our Lichtenberg atelier, you acknowledge that you will be working with textile tools (needles, hooks, etc.). Maison Malou Berlin is not liable for minor injuries or damage to personal clothing brought for repair. You are responsible for your own safety and belongings.

  • Dogs: Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior notice. We reserve the right to ask that a dog be removed if it disrupts the creative environment.

5.2 Creative Agency Services (Digital Infrastructure)

  • Process: Our agency services follow a "Video Call > Demo > Proposal" structure.

  • Scope: The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be finalized in the "Project Proposal." Any work outside that proposal will be subject to additional fees.

  • AI Disclosure: We leverage AI-powered tools and agentic coding to deliver high-performance digital infrastructure. By engaging our agency, you consent to the use of these technologies in the construction of your project.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (e.g., AI platforms or booking software) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. Your use of these is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us creative ideas or feedback, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, and use them in any medium.

SECTION 9 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code.

SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maison Malou Berlin does not guarantee that our digital services will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Maison Malou Berlin be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our services or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold Maison Malou Berlin harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
