We want to keep you happy! That's why easy returns are crucial.

This is what we have decided on: 

• If you're unhappy with your purchase and change your mind: contact us with your order number (email/IG/contact form) within 14 days of the delivery date. We will take care of the situation and offer you a full refund and return label once we agree that's what you want. In the end, it's always your decision. 
  
  
• Any items that arrive damaged will be replaced ASAP by us, but we will need a quick photo or two of the product - thanks for understanding. 
  
  
• In the unlikely event that any order from us goes missing in transit, and our delivery partner cannot locate it, we will refund you.
